How to return a PCR test

Once you have packaged your sample as instructed you need to return it to the laboratory using the Royal Mail Track 24 label provided and put it into a Royal Mail Priority postbox (you can find you nearest one here on the Royal mail Website).

Excalibur Healthcare also utilise DPD as our courier service for Fit to Travel test collection and as an option for other PCR test collections. We will prearrange the collection of your sample(s) from your registered shipping address ONLY. This collection is based on your travel date and/or arrival date you provided at the time of booking. DPD will contact you directly via email to facilitate the return of your sample(s) to the laboratory.
